Refund Policy

At Lawnplicity, we strive to provide top-quality lawn care and landscaping services. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.

 

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by our work and aim to meet or exceed your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • If the service was not performed as agreed upon.

  • If an appointment was canceled by Lawnplicity and cannot be rescheduled.

  • If a prepaid service package is canceled before any services have been rendered.

 

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If services were completed as per the agreed terms but did not meet subjective expectations without valid reasoning.

  • If a customer fails to provide access to the property or necessary conditions for service completion.

  • For any promotional or discounted services.

 

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to lawnplicity@gmail.com or by calling 574-544-0399.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

  • If Lawnplicity must cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience.
